Lawrence Tremmel Consulting Provides Messaging Software for ClusterData Product.
October 1, 1997: Lawrence Tremmel Consultants entered into a software agreement today with Micron Electronics, Inc. Under the agreement, the organization would design and develop messaging software which delivers data packets and events for Micron’s ClusterData product. The software provides function calls for point-to-point, multicast and broadcast transmission to both local and remote NetWare servers executing the software. The software uses UDP/IP protocol. The software provides guarantee delivery for all datagrams transmitted. Message reception is asynchronous. Any received messages are automatically forwarded to all registered clients of the messaging service.
